Yvonne Yoro, our Office Manager, proudly comes from Wahiawā, where she has deep roots within the community. With a strong background in natural resource conservation and public administration, she is passionate about bridging the gap between science and policy. Prior to joining us, Yvonne served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa and as a Data Specialist at Kupu Hawai'i. Her extensive experience includes managing large-scale programs and contributing to the development of our local workforce, making her an invaluable asset to our collective mission.

Kelsey Floyd is our 2026 Legislative Session Committee Clerk. She was raised in ʻAiea & has a deep passion for protecting ʻāina on Oʻahu. She also has a deep love of performance arts, specifically dancing and musical theatre. Prior to joining us, Kelsey served as an Environmental Educator and Program Coordinator at Kupu and Mālama Pūpūkea Waimea.

Zaz Dahlin is our 2026 Legislative Session Legislative Aide/Community Liaison. She was born Mauka Raised Makai, from the Big Island and now resides on O’ahu’s North Shore. Grew up in the Paniolo Lawai’a Lifestyle, Ranching and Fishing her whole life. Passionate about the PCS of our home. Preservation, Conservation and Sust’āinability. Working the Land, Cultivating, Farming and Community warms her heart. She loves surfing, diving and everything the ocean has to provide.
